Our Services
G2 Automotive (ABN: 35 685 655 252) provides automotive servicing, mechanical repairs, roadworthy certificates at 2/17 Lathams Road , Carrum Downs Victoria 3201.
All services are subject to availability. A service is confirmed only upon receipt of a written booking confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Section 02
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes following vehicle inspection — we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.
All prices include GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. A written quote or invoice will be provided upon request.
Section 03
Bookings & Cancellations
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Section 04
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written arrangement has been made. We accept Cash, Card, Bank Transfer.
Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may incur late payment interest and/or debt recovery costs. We reserve the right to retain a vehicle until outstanding payments are settled.
Section 05
Vehicles Left on Premises
Vehicles left on our premises outside of agreed service hours are at the owner's risk. While we take all reasonable precautions, G2 Automotive accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents while on our premises, beyond what is required under applicable Australian law.
Section 06
Warranty on Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. Where parts or labour are found to be defective within a reasonable period of time, we will rectify the issue at no charge to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or failure to follow recommended service intervals. Manufacturer warranties on parts are subject to each supplier's terms and conditions.
Section 07
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, G2 Automotive's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant transaction.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind, including loss of income or business opportunities.

If the matter remains unresolved within 14 days, disputes may be referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria or the relevant state-based ombudsman or civil and administrative tribunal.

Changes to These Terms
G2 Automotive reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at https://g2automotive.com.au.
Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. By engaging our services, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
